Caitlin

Hi! I'm Caitlin, the Venue Coordinator at The Maples. Originally from San Diego, California, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Sacramento State University. It was during an event planning course that I discovered my passion for creating unforgettable celebrations, and I've been in love with the industry ever since.

There's nothing more rewarding to me than seeing a couple's vision come together and knowing I played a part in one of the most meaningful days of their lives. I strive to make every client feel supported, excited, and confident throughout the planning process.

When I'm not at the venue, you'll usually find me spending time with my dog or exploring new destinations through travel. I can't wait to help make your special day everything you've imagined and more!

As the Events and Facilities Manager at The Maples and Hidden Grove, I love being part of the process that turns a couple’s vision into a celebration they’ll remember for years to come. I’m naturally detail-oriented, but what I enjoy most about this work is the people.

I love getting to know our couples, working alongside talented vendors and our team, and solving the inevitable little challenges that come with bringing an event to life.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me cooking, traveling, discovering new restaurants, reading, watching movies, or spending time with family and friends.

I feel lucky to work in an industry where every event is different and where I get to be part of so many important moments in people’s lives.
